AI-guided design across the hardware stack

My research connects electronic design automation, computer architecture, and heterogeneous integration. I develop LLM and multi-agent systems for physical-design optimization, FPGA place-and-route, and cross-layer exploration of 2.5D/3D chiplet systems, building on earlier work in FPGA architecture and SRAM design.
